Royal Oak Police Department's Charity Golf Outing

We were pleased to sponsor both a team and a hole at the annual Royal Oak Police Department's Charity Golf Outing held on Monday August 5th. Proceeds from this year's outing were donated to the Animal Shelter of Royal Oak and the Police Donation Fund. Our golfers included Laura Peters and Robert Goldman.

Kelly Allen and Jessica Hallmark are on the Faculty of the State Bar of Michigan's Summer Conference for the Real Property Law Section - July 10th to the 13th, 2019

The conferece will focus on changing laws that affect both new and existing projects and discussions on current legal issues that impact real property law in the State of Michigan. Thursday, the conference will begin with an expert panel discussion of public-private partnerships (sometimes referred to as “P3”). Thursday’s and Friday’s workshops will address marijuana and real estate, short-term rentals, online auctions, shopping center debt considerations, workouts and foreclosures, and technology. There will be an update on recent Michigan legislation and court opinions.
